Delivery conditions and restrictions

• Your order will be delivered in accordance with the delivery option chosen when you placed your order.

• All orders are shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

• An order can only be delivered to one address. If you wish to ship orders to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each delivery address.

RETURNS

We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible products. If the order you received does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to return it to us and we will credit your account with the full amount of your purchase. We cover the return costs for Balmain ecommerce orders. To do this, contact Customer Service to request a return label to stick on your package.

Please note that in the absence of the return of the Complete Product(s)* as defined below, unused and intact in their original packaging, the order is deemed final and no refund will be made.

*Complete Product(s): A Product is considered complete when:

- In the case of Products received as a gift against purchase (example: one product purchased, one product offered): The customer must return the product(s) purchased that the customer wishes to return and all products offered with the purchase;

- In the case of boxes containing several Products: The customer must return all the Products in the box.

Please note that in the absence of the return of the Complete Product(s)* as defined in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, unused and intact in their original packaging, the order is deemed final and no refund will be made.

RETURN/EXCHANGE FAQ

How long does the refund procedure take?

The refund will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt by Balmain ecommerce of the package.

I ordered/received the wrong product. Can I return it?

If your online order does not meet your expectations, please contact Customer Service.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your package was damaged during delivery, keep the box and products and contact our Customer Service within seven days.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED IN A BALMAIN STORE?

We do not refund products purchased in a Balmain store. Each Balmain point of sale has its own exchange policy.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. It is normal for a shipped box to be slightly damaged. However, if any items in your package are damaged, please contact us immediately. Please include the order number as well as your email address and phone number for faster service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
